AM Transfer from Lima to Paracas, we travel south along the Pan-American
highway by our private car for 3.5 hours to our hotel in the bay of Paracas.
AM Ballestas Islands tour - Lunch
PM Safety talk and then we take a short ride on sand to get
familiarized with the bikes and the riding conditions.
AM Our motorcycle expedition kicks off as we head towards Ica. Enjoy a thrilling ride along the scenic Paracas National Reserve, followed by an exhilarating journey challenging the desert terrain of Ica. The adventure promises both fun and excitement. Lunch
PM After lunch we will hit a paved road which lead to Nazca, this leg of the ride offers a smooth and scenic route, allowing you to soak in the diverse landscapes while enjoying the thrill of the open road
AM Transfer to the local airport to fly over the famous and mysterious Nazca
Lines.
PM Our motorcycle expedition now takes us to the ceremonial center of Cahuachi and the pre-Inca cemetery of Chauchilla. Brace yourself for an immersive journey into history as we explore the ancient rituals and sacred grounds of Cahuachi. Later, we'll venture to the hauntingly fascinating pre-Inca cemetery of Chauchilla, where centuries-old tombs reveal the rich cultural tapestry of the region.
AM We'll journey from Nazca to the Vicuñas National Reserve of Pampas Galeras. Ascending along a steep and winding road, we'll climb to an elevation of 4200 meters, delving deep into the Andes. The ride offers a spectacular panorama, showcasing diverse ecological levels, from arid coastal hills to expansive Andean plateaus adorned with vibrant Andean grass. Lunch
PM Our motorcycle adventure presses on through these remarkable valleys, leading us to Challhuanca at an elevation of 2800 meters above sea level. Along the way, be prepared to be captivated by breathtaking landscapes that unfold before us. Finally, our journey for the day concludes as we reach Abancay.
AM Our motorcycle adventure continues from Abancay to the mesmerizing ancient city of Cusco Riding on well-paved roads, you'll be treated to the ever-present Andean scenery, a loyal companion throughout your motorcycle journey to Cusco. The route unfolds with glimpses of snow-capped peaks, deep gorges, steep valleys, and a fascinating array of flora and fauna.
PM Arrival in Cusco and transfer to your hotel.
AM City Tour, you will visit the main tourist attraction of the
City such us: the Cathedral and the temple of the Sun
"Qoricancha", then we continue our tour to Cusco’s nearby
archaeological inka sites: The fortress of Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Pucapucara and
finally Tambomachay popularly known as Incas' Bath..
PM Tranfer to Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes.
Early in the morning we catch our bus to the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, if you have a bit of luck we will be able to see the sunrise. You will have a guided tour by 2 hours, after that you can go for a walk around this amazing place. PM We take the bus back to Aguas Caleintes town and finally we will board the train back to Cuscop.
AM The initial stretch, covering the distance from Cusco to the Moray Inca complex, involves a thrilling 42-kilometer ride on dirt roads. Along this route, we'll encounter two stunning lagoons and be treated to breathtaking views of the mountains that embrace the Valley. After visiting the Inka site of Moray and the Salt mines of Maras we will take a dirt road which lead into the Sacred Valley.
PM After Lunch our journey continues as we traverse the valley, navigating through entertaining gravel roads that add an extra layer of excitement to our adventure. The route unfolds with a series of enjoyable twists and turns, eventually leading us to the charming destination of Pisac.
AM After breakfast we begin our last motorcycle trip going up the mountains till arrive to Paucartambo it is a picturesque Spanish colonial town. On the way we will visit the Chullpas of Ninamarca (Pre-Inca Tombs). We continue uphill to the place Known as Acjanacu (3550 m.a.s.l) which is the entrance to the Manu National Park, here, a thick cloak of clouds provides perpetual humidity, This varied and fascinating world is home of the Cock of the Rock (Peru’s national bird), Spectacled Bear, Orchids, Tree Ferns (one of the oldest living plants), mosses and lichens. Along the way we will see amazing landscapes that combines different ecological levels. From Acjanaco we will begin our exiting descent to the Place known as San Pedro where is located our lodge.
PM We will arrive in San Pedro and explore the amazing beauty of this area.
AM We will have a guided visit around this area to observe the Cock of the Rock (Peru’s national bird), The male birds are a vibrant reddish orange, several dozen come together for an exhibition of a ritual mating dance. After that, we will go back to Cusco taking a exciting dirt road.
AM Transfer to the airport.
