AM We start our motorcycle journey to the Sacred Valley, heading northeast from Cusco. The initial leg of the trip will take us along a dirt road. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to visit two stunning lagoons and savor breathtaking mountain vistas that envelop the Valley. Our journey includes a visit to the Moray Inca complex and the Salt mines of Maras before we continue our adventure by descending into the Urubamba Valley to explore Ollantaytambo, renowned as the "living Inca city". PM We park our motorcycle and transfer to the train station. PM Arrival to Aguas Calientes and transfer to your hotel.
AM Early in the morning we catch our bus to the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, if you have a bit of luck we will be able to see the sunrise. You will enjoy a two-hour guided tour, followed by the opportunity to explore this remarkable site at your own
PM We return to Aguas Calientes town by bus, and from there, we catch the train back to Ollantaytambo. In the evening, we arrive in Ollantaytambo and transfer you to your hotel.
AM We embark on a thrilling new expedition in Peru, where our voyage leads us across the majestic Andes mountain range, ascending to an impressive altitude of 4300 meters above sea level. Along the way, we'll pause to behold the breathtaking vistas of the Sacred Valley. Afterwards, an exhilarating, winding road beckons us deeper into the heart of the highland jungle, revealing Peru's enchanting and unexplored landscapes.
PM Following lunch, our adventure will commence as we traverse a route heading towards Lares village. Starting at an elevation of 1000 meters above sea level, our journey will culminate at 3300 meters. Along the way, we'll relish in the remarkable ecological transformations, treating us to awe-inspiring scenery encompassing the rainforest, valleys, and the Peruvian Andes. We'll wrap up this day by indulging in the soothing embrace of a natural hot springs.
AM We kick off our motorbike adventure with a breakfast in this picturesque Andean village nestled deep in the heart of the Andes. Here, you have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Andean culture. Subsequently, our motorcycle adventure begins as we set forth on a winding road leading to a breathtaking mountain pass perched at a lofty 4500 meters above sea level. Every twist and turn promises adventure and an adrenaline rush. Upon reaching the summit, we'll be rewarded with an awe-inspiring panoramic vista of the Andes, a privilege afforded to only a fortunate few. Following this stop, we'll commence our descent, ultimately arriving in the valley for a well-deserved lunch.
PM After lunch, our journey continues as we make our way to a mountain-top lake, navigating a thrilling gravel and dirt road that promises heaps of fun. Finally, we'll set our course for Pisac.
AM Our motorcycle expedition will guide us to the renowned tourist gem of the Cusco region, "The Rainbow Mountain." However, true to our adventurous spirit as skilled bikers, we won't follow the typical path. Instead, we'll forge ahead into the Andes, seeking out the exhilarating dirt roads and remote villages that few have the privilege to discover. Along this extraordinary journey, we'll encounter lush potato plantations, and if luck smiles upon us, we may even have the chance to visit a farming field where local villagers tend to their potato crops.
PM After lunch we will ride on paved road until get to Pitumarka village.
AM We do hiking tour to the rainbow mountain, with optional choice of horseback riding, we will visit Rainbow Mountain, known locally as "Montaña de Siete Colores" or "Vinicunca," is a stunning geological formation in the Cusco region of Peru. Its unique and vibrant appearance results from the diverse mineral deposits in the rock layers, creating a spectacular spectrum of colors, ranging from deep reds and purples to vibrant yellows and greens.
PM We commence our motorcycle journey toward Espinar, and along the route, we'll make a stop to explore the Temple of Wiracocha, a deity of paramount significance in Inca mythology. This temple is celebrated for its colossal stone walls and awe-inspiring architectural grandeur.
AM Our motorcycle adventure begins as we embark on a picturesque route that guides us to a stunning location Sukuytambo. Here, we're treated to a breathtaking vista where three petite canyons converge, forming a mesmerizing spectacle where the Cayumani River and Tambo Cerri river join the Apurimac River. Following this remarkable stop, our motorcycle journey presses on, leading us high into the Andes to reach the charming village of Chivay. Throughout this leg of the trip, we're graced with a continuous backdrop of awe-inspiring vistas.
PM We arrive to Chivay and tranfer to your hotel, here you have the chance to visit a natural hot springs complex.
We kick off our motorcycle adventure, ascending within the depths of the Colca Canyon towards the renowned "Cruz del Condor." Here, an incredible spectacle awaits, as the majestic Andean Condor soars gracefully along the canyon's towering cliffs. Following this awe-inspiring encounter, we continue our motorcycle journey through the Colca Canyon, treating ourselves to panoramic vistas of the Colca Valley, the meandering Colca River, and the time-honored terraces still cultivated by the local farmers. As we make our way back to Chivay, we also have the pleasure of visiting some charming villages along the way.
AM Our motorcycle journey to Arequipa begins amidst the awe-inspiring Andean landscapes. The route unfolds against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains, sweeping rolling hills, and expansive open vistas. Along the way, we have the opportunity to explore the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, where you'll encounter lamas, alpacas, and the elusive vicuñas. Our adventure also includes a stop at the renowned Patapampa Pass, often referred to as the "Mirador de los Andes." Here, perched at high altitudes, you'll be treated to panoramic views of the surrounding volcanoes, including the iconic Misti, Chachani, and Ampato peaks.
PM The Campiñas Tour offers a unique opportunity to venture into the mesmerizing landscapes of the region, where you'll encounter gentle rolling hills, verdant agricultural fields, and charming traditional villages. Additionally, you'll have the chance to savor the delectable cuisine of the Arequipa region, making it a complete sensory experience for travelers.
